Join us as we team up with the BC Lung Foundation to bring you the Better Breathers’ Club of BC!
At the monthly Better Breathers Club of BC meetings, you’ll speak with Certified Respiratory Educators, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to helping those living with chronic lung conditions and supporting their family and care givers.
This January 14th, we are looking forward to chatting with Registered Clinical Counsellor and Respiratory Therapist, Lisa Ann Butcher. Lisa’s unique skillset is a perfect pairing for those living with chronic lung conditions. She understands the challenges people face with breathing and with mental health. At this month’s Better Breathers session, Lisa will guide us through a discussion about depression. Chronic lung conditions don’t only impact our body, they impact our emotional wellbeing. You are not alone in the experience of depression as it is a common part of living with chronic lung disease. Let’s tackle this one together. One breath at a time.
Join us each month to connect with others living with chronic lung conditions in British Columbia. Each meeting has a different topic, is hosted by Respiratory Therapists, and has time for connection and questions. We often bring in expert guest speakers to bring the most up-to-date information and advice to help you manage your breathing condition. Everyone is welcome.
Bring your questions, your perspectives, and your experiences to share!
