Free Inhaler Workshops

We’re excited to offer FREE inhaler teaching workshops, in partnership with Respiratory Therapy students from Thompson Rivers University (TRU). These 30-minute sessions provide personalized inhaler instruction to help you get the most out of your medication —because technique matters, and small adjustments can make a big difference in your breathing. All sessions are supervised by a Certified Respiratory Educator.

Each workshop includes:

• Personalized one-to-one inhaler teaching

• Guidance from TRU Respiratory Therapy students

• Oversight from a Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE)

• Plenty of time for questions and practice

Whether you’re new to inhalers or simply want a refresher, we’re here to help you breathe easier with confidence.

Bring your inhaler to the workshop so that we can check your technique. You will not need to take a dose during the workshop.
