Better Breathers Club of BC: Indoor Air Quality with Prem Gundarah, BC Lung Foundation.

Spring is a time when trees bud and flowers bloom. It really is lovely but it can also trigger breathing symptoms. With forest fires on the brink, now is a good time to take control of the air you breathe. Focusing on improving our indoor air quality is a great way to keep your lungs healthy this season and all summer long. Prem Gundarah from the BC Lung Foundation is hosting our Better Breathers Club session this May 13th at 2pm Pacific. Prem will be sharing ways to freshen your indoor air so that you can relax and breathe easy in your home.

The Better Breathers Club of BC is proudly funded by the BC Lung Foundation and hosted by Poplar Pulmonary Wellness.

At the monthly Better Breathers Club of BC meetings, you’ll speak with Certified Respiratory Educators, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to helping those living with chronic lung conditions and supporting their family and care givers.

Join us each month to connect with others living with chronic lung conditions in British Columbia. Each meeting has a different topic and has time for connection and questions. We bring in expert guest speakers to bring the most up-to-date information and advice to help you manage your breathing condition. Everyone is welcome.

Bring your questions, your perspectives, and your experiences to share!
