Better Breathers Club of BC: United Airways: NTM, bronchiectasis and mucous clearance strategies with Kate Larkin, RRT.

On Wednesday, April 8th at 2pm Pacific, Respiratory Therapist, Kate Larkin, will be sharing her expertise about mucous clearance. Kate is an airway expert with a focus on bronchiectasis and NTM (non-tuberculous mycobacteria). We must manage our upper and lower airways together in order to keep our lungs healthy and free of mucous. Join the conversation with Kate, as she speaks about our united airways and shares mucous management strategies for optimal lung health.

The Better Breathers’Club of BC is proudly funded by the BC Lung Foundation and hosted by Poplar Pulmonary Wellness.

At the monthly Better Breathers Club of BC meetings, you’ll speak with Certified Respiratory Educators, Respiratory Therapists, and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to helping those living with chronic lung conditions and supporting their family and care givers.

Join us each month to connect with others living with chronic lung conditions in British Columbia. Each meeting has a different topic and has time for connection and questions. We bring in expert guest speakers to bring the most up-to-date information and advice to help you manage your breathing condition. Everyone is welcome.

Bring your questions, your perspectives, and your experiences to share!
